Fill in the boxes and One Sheet lays out the sheet as you go: the job block, client, agency and production company, the call-times list, locations and parking, the unit list with diary codes, talent, suppliers, the local A&E. Every reading that is live carries a square of tape. In the app, tape means exactly one thing: today, live, or the revision that changed. It appears nowhere else.
Put a 2018 Merman sheet, a 2020 Mindseye sheet and a 2026 Calling sheet side by side and they are the same drawing: caps labels down the left, values on the right, a hairline between blocks, mobiles flush right, the unit list with its diary codes. Every UK commercials crew reads it fluently, on a train at six in the morning or on a phone at unit base.
So One Sheet is not an app with a call sheet in it. The document is the interface. The screen you edit on and the PDF you send are the same drawing, so they can never drift, and nothing in the app has to be learned.
No account. No server. No analytics. Everything stays on the phone until you share a PDF, and the PDF goes only where you send it. Sunrise and sunset come from the coordinates you type in, not from your position.
It does not chase crew for confirmations, sync to a scheduling suite, or try to be the production office. It makes the sheet, well, fast, on a phone.
