Disc One. A box set of your home videos.

Every year of video already on your phone becomes a disc, and plays on the television the way a DVD did in 2003.

What it does

Disc One turns the videos already in your Photo Library into a box set of DVDs and plays them on your television. Every year becomes a disc, with a motion menu, chapters you can pick from, special features, and end credits with your family's names in them. Pick a disc, press Play All, sit down.

Made for people with ten years of phone video they never watch. Works on Apple TV, and on iPhone with AirPlay. One price, no subscription, Family Sharing included.

On every disc

Assembled from what is already there. No editing, no uploading, no timeline.

  • A shelf of year discs, with albums as Collector's Editions
  • A motion menu cut from the year's own footage
  • Scene Selection: one chapter per day you filmed
  • Play All, with a chapter card between days
  • Special features: a stills gallery, outtakes, behind the scenes, deleted scenes
  • End credits: who was in it, where it was filmed, what it was shot on
  • Rename discs and chapters, add a cast, choose a cover

Four looks

01

Blockbuster

An inscribed serif, gold on steel, a single lens flare across the title.

02

Indie

A plain sans on black. The footage does the talking.

03

Kids

Rounded type, primary colours, a menu that bounces.

04

Chrome '85

Chrome lettering over a horizon grid, for the years that earned it.

Year discs default to the serif, Collector's Editions to the sans. Kids and Chrome '85 are yours to pick per disc.

The credits

Built from the disc itself, in this order, every time. Your family name is the one field you type on first run. Nothing is detected.
