One Sheet is a free call sheet app. You fill in the boxes of a shoot day — calls, weather, location, nearest hospital, schedule, cast, crew, notes — and the app lays out the call sheet as you type. Publishing renders it to an A4 PDF and opens the iOS share sheet so you can send it however you already send call sheets.
Open the app and tap New production. A production holds the job block, the client, agency and production company blocks, the unit, talent, suppliers and your boilerplate — everything shared across days. Each day carries its own calls, locations and parking. Tap a day to see the sheet; switch to Day or Production to fill it in. Everything you type is saved as you type it.
SR/SS is computed from the first location's latitude and longitude for that date, using the NOAA solar algorithm. Enter coordinates in the location box. No coordinates, no sun times — the line shows a dash rather than a guess.
The first publish is a White revision. Each publish after that moves to the next colour in the standard order: White, Blue, Pink, Yellow, Green, Goldenrod, Buff, Salmon, Cherry. You can set the colour yourself in the Day box. The colour and the time of publish are stamped in the header and in the strip at the foot of the sheet.
Tap Publish sheet under the preview, or the share icon at the top. The PDF is named after the production, the day and the revision, for example MERIDIAN WATER ‘SLOW MORNINGS’ — Day 2 — PINK.pdf. Send it by Mail, Messages, WhatsApp, AirDrop or save it to Files.
Load sample production in the menu adds a fictional commercial, MERIDIAN WATER ‘SLOW MORNINGS’, so you can see a finished two-day sheet with a pre-light. It is not loaded automatically and you can delete it like any other.
